At which part were your accounts getting banned, during/after tut island or during the actual farming? The only "flagging" issue I have ever come across is when you bot too many accounts through tut at once. Everything on that IP becomes "flagged" even accounts you run through by hand. Simply waiting a while before starting back up again fixes it.
