If you talk about mirror mode vs injection in osbot, then clearly mirror mode is better for botting, but it should be noted that with a client with good injection you can safely do botting

Basically a private script is safer for your account since private scripts do not have as much recognition pattern as some widely used script ... although it all depends on the quality of the private script, random movements, afk, random actions etc.
