No idea lad. Proxies aren't going to be not accepted on a different bot client though, you need to be entering some of the info in wrong. What port are you using? You should be given 2 ports, one for http and one for socks. Needa use socks.

are you putting your login info in for proxy authentication..? You also aren't vip. If I remember correctly only vip and above have proxy access.
