  1. I'm sorry but if you think you can manage to do 30 pull-ups with strict form within 7 months drug-free then you're delusional, even with twig legs it's impossible. First off you can do anything as long ass you are constant with the training and as long as you believe you can. Secondly what the hell does twig legs have to do with a pull up your using your upper body not your lower body. I love when people post this stuff though it give me more motivation to get it done and prove them wrong. check back in 7 months you will see me doing 30 pullups. If you have small legs it will be easier to do bodyweight exercises like pull-ups since you have less mass. And no, you won't be doing 30 pull-ups within 7 months of training drug-free. Bye. bye your negativity is not needed anyway.

  3. I will be doing them everyday right now I can do 30 pushups just like you, however im not trying to just go all out Im trying to build up so I can do them daily with ease.

  7. ^ That's why, living in Europe, so not realy a compentition Im sorry but im not going to share the item with you for a few reasons mainly though because I don't even know you. So.. Why u share stuff on a forum? U don't know anybody irl. False argument. I guarantee if you had a way of making money and some stranger came up to you and said hey i heard you making money how do you do it? you wouldnt tell them I also guarantee if the same stranger came up to you and started talking to you about somthing that interest you you would talk right back to them. Just because its a forum with people i dont know doesnt mean I cant get to know this community better it also doesnt mean I am going to share everything with them either. also just so you know I have talked to a few people IRL about this and some may join my company in the future. If someone accros the other side of the world ask me about a certain item to merch irl i would't mind telling him. But that is what making people diffrent tho. the product is only selling hot in the usa anyway right now new item that just hit the shelf's a few weeks ago

  9. you should start again its not that hard start with 2 do them everyday for a week then go to 3 it will take you like max of 5 mins a day when you start getting higher I think I am going to start to do pushups like this now that you made me think of of it. You can only do 10 pushups? Anyways good luck with you goal I don't like pull ups me either but its all good and im doing slow progression as when i got fast i usually mess up something :P
  10. I am trying to achieve 30 pullups/pushups without stopping so to do this i will be doing a slow progression method. I will be doing the progression like so 2 pullups/pushups everyday for a week then move onto 3 for a week, then 4 and so on until i can do 30 pullups. I may continue to add up after I get 30 but my dad told me once i can do 30 pull ups he would help me build a salmon ladder in my backyard. I will post a video of me doing 30 pullups when i achieve it. Current pullups day 7 of doing 4 pullups a day
  11. I see all these workout threads so I decided Id post mine. I am working on gaining muscle mass now. I was in a severe car wreck when i was 5 so my left sides at about 50% less weight as far as lifting then the right. I workout 3 times a week. 1/7/13 9/6/13

    Nice Wowzoor I am about the same weight and height as you I am 22 yrs old 5'8 and 126 pounds, and have been 126 since i was 18 and got out of high school, my biggest issue for me is eating a lot just like you I used to not eat a lot but I am eating 2500-3000 calories a day now and below i will share some tips that will help you eat more and gain more muscle mass. Keep in mind im not a pro and don't have huge results but I have results that I am content with and am happy with my progress so far btw I work out 3 times a week for 3 1/2 total and messed up my knee about 3 months ago so have not been able to do legs for a long time I tried last week to do legs and i messed up all the progress i made on my knee healing which is pissing me off a bit. tips to eat more: I recommend that you download a calorie tracker so you can get a good idea of how many calories each thing has in it such as https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/calorie-counter-diet-tracker/id341232718?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4 with that app you can set your weight and height and how much you want to gain each week and it will give you how many calories you need to eat each day. to gain muscle mass you need not only calories but protein and also cabs what I recommend is since its hard to gain mass for you like it is me that you shoot for 2500-3000 calories, 120 grams of protein, and 156 grams of carbs a day. some days you may have less than this and some days you may have more dont worry so much about those days as they should average out.If you dont see any results after 2 weeks with this then I would recommend upping your calories by 10% and then after 2 weeks see where your at. there are a bunch of websites that can tell you a good amount of protein and carbs for your height and weight too. in a way to me it kinda sucks not gaining mass oi could eat nothing but junk food for a week and not gain any weight and most people are like your so lucky but it makes gaining muscle a lot harder keep up the hard work and you will see results I promise!
