  7. Just did day 5 of 3 pull-ups I ca. Easily do more but am like I said building up without injuring myself.
  8. you could do .01 cents thats not free but in all honesty I feel this way if you make a good script that runs flawlessly you should be able to get some money in return for your efforts so I say you sell it 5-10+ when will this be released if it is I want to try it, does it have record path walking and how does it interact with objects?

Hopefully raf will be on soon to make this change I tried running your script multiple times but it doesn't work it just freezes my client when I press start I want to try this and see how it compares to the stronghold script but I cant test it. got it working now can you have it not attack other players monsters?

  11. Yes I'm trying it first with a smaller order for a little while to be sure if it doesn't sell in not stuck with the products. Which means I have to re do the sample and all that but I think it's worth it. Going to sell on eBay!

Well thats better than 2 a week :p I read some earlier posts about "Marine Corps approved..." -.- I am a Marine. 20 years old and in the best shape of my life. Its required of me. Even though it is not required for you, I admire the desire for self improvement. Just keep it up! Try doing about 20 bi-daily, even if you do 4 or 5 at a time. You want to give your muscles a break if you actually work them hard. Keep posting dude, I want to hear about your progress. Thanks man I will keep doing it this way as I always get hurt when I push it to much but I will be to 20 at a time soon.
  13. you never work your muscles to the max on a daily basis you work them to the max to break them down then you must let them heal and when they heal they heal back stronger.

  21. I have my ways of training just like anyone that lifts does and I know my body best and due to my car wreck that I had when I was 5 it's better for me to build up as I go along this way. I'm also not trying to be rude about it and I apologies to sw1tt for bashing him. I will be reading all the comments still but I am not going to be changing my training for the pull-ups. Also this is not all I do I I also lift 3x a week. I also know for huge gains it's best to workout 5x a week but I can't overdo myself.

I can do 2 pull ups i can do 30 if i really tried thatsa not the point tho the point is im trying to build up to doing them with ease im not stopping at 30 im going to do them all the time im trying to buld up not just do them all out every day. also im not tryung to be mean im just sick and tired of people telling me i cant do this i cant do that. I think you should start at about half your max, you're wasting days starting at that bullshit. I think im just going to throw out pushups and stick to pull ups my left wrist cant handle the pressure of my body weight on it due to my acident

  25. LOL IKR. If you cant do 30, you need to hit the gym. I can stil do 30 even after an hour of working out on arm day. LAWL try doing it mostly with 1 hand then tell me how easy it is. check back in 7 months
