Each person who wishes to be a part of this work group must be able to speak fluent English or at least understand it. 2. Understand that you are not allowed to speak with customers privately. You can only communicate through the established Ticket system. In case of omitting this rule it will be eliminated if refunded. 3. Understand that everything must be HAND DONE, you should only use OSBBUDY or RUNELITE no other third.party programs, if you omit this rule it will be removed if refunded. 4. Understand that you will not be paid for any incomplete orders, no matter how big or small the order is. 5. You must update progress daily, and when the client requests it. In case of breaking this rule, it will be eliminated without refund. 6. Accept that the payment is 85% of the service. HCIM/Iroman get paid 90%. 7.If you request your deposit back, you'd have to wait 2 weeks after the request to receive it.(This gives me time to find a new worker, and get your payment ready, it could be even faster or it could be longer depending how big your deposit is. 8.You must use VPN.PROXY if requested. 9.You must be able to communicate fluently with potential customers and orders that are placed. 10. Understand that all / all payments go through me, this is to avoid problems with payments. 11. Understand that you will use the minimum wealth that can be given to avoid hacks / scams. 12. You will not filter or subcontract orders / leak customer information to anyone. 13. Understand that if you try to obtain / take payments / orders in private, you will be eliminated without refund. 14. Understand that all payments go through me or the service manager. 20. New workers joining us and old workers!, If you waste our time by going through the application process then not proceed to do any work waste our time and the customers time you will be removed and your deposit will be used to make up for the lost work. 21 .
