Not the case. I'm sure it is. Also I'm sure Jagex are blocking all datacenters/ISP's that are not residental. I will not start a argument so i will keep what i know to my self. I'm sure it's the case since most VPS companies don't rdns there datacenter, which leads to jagex blocking that whole datacenter.

What you also want to know is if any VPS provider allows RS botting they may be unknown to that fact, but is it risk getting your VPS suspended if you go over the load? Most VPS companies only allow you to use a certain load on the VPS, if you're using over you're gonna get suspended.

It's not 'VPS companies' they ban the datacenter, a datacenter is in theory an ISP, so this is how it works. You have VPS company A and VPS company B, they're both in the same datacenter/ISP so they're more likely to get flagged. Most VPS companies are under the same ISP/datacenter.
