Edit your post and delete the attatched thumbnail, then I would take a screenshot using gyazo of your accounts stats and block out all your exp and some of your lower levels.

Not trying to sound like an idiot but can't you just go on zybez or world 1 varrock for such a small amount?

Not sure if this is the right section but just want to make sure it is aloud to buy a level 3 account off somebody, bot it's stats up to whatever you want and sell the account.

Yes of course you can bot in a PVP world. It would be beneficial in some cases, and maybe not so much in others. i'd say it is a decent idea to bot in a remote spot which there are a lot of resources, e.g. Powercutting willow tree's in the middle of nowhere.
