You obviously downloaded a RAT. Also knows as a Remote Administration Tool. You should download MalwareBytes and run a scan like Catastrophe already said. The RAT can take control over your computer. It can do almost everything you can do. You better tell your brother not to download anything from youtube that isn't trusted and ends with .exe.

The keylogger will automaticly be stored on your flash drive. You should look in your temp or sys32 files for an unknown file.
