Takes 2 days. I'd give 1m maximum as bans rates are very high. Fishing guild is extremely low ban rate. And goodluck getting 85 fishing in 2 days loool.

How much would an account with 85 fishing be? It has no offences and no member days left. Original owner with no recoveries, email or anything set.
