Stats: 88 Strength, 60 Attack, 20 Defence (Quested), 74 Ranged, 52 Prayer, 80 Hitpoins, 60 Magic. Has addy gloves, mith defender. I did lose my firecape lol 74 QP. Never have been banned on this account.

You could try the Ogre cage. Although, you will need to have completed Plague City & Biohazard to enter.

This account has never been botted, as I only found out about OSBot about 2-3 weeks ago. It has no bans at all. Try the second floor of the Stronghold. Flesh crawlers and the Zombies are great xp I guess. Considering you have 47 def you can also train at Lesser demons too.

Try Minotaurs & Wolves in the Stronghold. They're pretty decent xp, and they're quiet.

Try Monks, Minotaurs & Wolves or Zombies in the Edgeville dungeon opposite Vanakka. Take into consideration, they're not that bad xp at all, and they're quiet every time I seem go there. With Monks, find an empty world, don't train with someone else in it. I have also hit 74 Strength and I'm still training at Monks lol. Not bad xp at all.
