Depends from who. Accs can always be recovered it doesnt matter if it has registered email or not. Buy from trusted people.

Are you sure its the right account? Maybe you copied and pasted other account? Try once more because i've had this exact thing happen.
You must have. Re-send the appeal lol you maybe typed login email wrong then if you copypasted the rsn. That happened to me too once and turns out i typed login email wrong
