I wouldn't suggest using a VPN as most of them have been abused with OSRS botting. Your best bet is to buy some dedicated data center proxies and replace them if you notice you are getting insta banned on accounts. -

How much are you charging per hour for skilling?

I'd say 1gb of RAM/Memory is a safe bet per client. It'd have to be an extremely simple script to run 512mb per client in my experience. I'd love if each client only required 512 mb 😢
