Honestly, if the owner gives you the information to recover it, he will be able to recover it aswell (obviously). No matter how many times you change the password, registered email, security answers etc etc. the original owner will always have the original information, hence JaGeX will believe, that he is the owner of the account.

To me, what makes a script great, are 4 different factors. The script runs without getting stuck, requirering human input. The script has no limitations. For example, buying certain items in a shop, limiting the profit to the store supply. Low CPU Usage. Great Antiban, to secure your precious account. Only my opinion though.
