Due to @Mysteryy this was implemented as he was advertising. Other methods of avoiding advertising through PM could include 50 posts etc. At the moment PMing is for VIP + only.

I'd personally stay at 50 attack even move to 60, and then get 99 strength so that I'd be PK ready. Getting 70 attack would mean you'd have to keep levelling it and gaining combat levels I can avoid is what I prefer.

I don't see any valid evidence against @PipiDaga that shows he has scammed. However from the video of screenshots @PipiDaga provided: you told @PipiDaga the wrong Email Address to send 9USD to. The account is suposedly 'limited' which I haven't seen any proof of, seeing as you cannot send the money back you told @PipiDaga to chargeback the payment. @berke203 Has now accepted the chargeback: @PipiDaga has refunded: Dispute closed. Negative feedback removed.
