I'm sorry maxi, but you are wrong. I'm not going to write a huge summary of what I am saying, but in 07scape PID is on your IP address the third set of numbers must be dividable by 8 and the last set of numbers must be as low as possible for PID, in EoC and even Pre-eoc, pid was determined on when you logged in, and you would spend hours getting the best pid possible. If you would like we can test this out, guarantee if you are not on a vpn you could never have a higher pid then i would, unless you unplug your router several times and spend hours getting the right ip.

pid is based off your ip address, the 3rd set of numbers has to be dividable by 8, and the last set of number must be as low as possible, i get first hit 95% of the time based off my vpn's ip address, pid is a major advantage for staking as maxi has said.
