  2. Even after a ban you can't really attach proof anywhere, all you can do is apply for it to be quashed. You never know maybe eventually they'll bring back support for OSBuddy etc but for now it's just the Official Client.

I'm gonna request more proof here if I'm allowed to do that, (Maybe a short video of him logging in to the account E-Mail we initially serviced and going onto the account status page), only reason I'm requesting this is because if I had a service done by another user and my account got banned as a result to it, I wouldn't be asking for the same service done again for free. More than happy to provide this free service if he attaches the video requested.
  7. I myself don't login to orders when they've been assigned to a worker. From now on I won't be taking any account information in a group with a worker and they can send it to them personally. The account was accessed whilst it was being serviced, and Defil3d provided screenshots of that to him, user has just informed me he's not looking for a refund etc so maybe he knows that it wasn't actually us that botted the account? http://prntscr.com/mjixg5 More than happy to Co-Operate here as per usual, just let me know how to proceed.

  12. Your opinion honestly doesn't matter to me, ask anyone who's worked for me and they'll all tell you that I take a fair amount from there money and most of the time I even ask them how much they'd like me to take.

  17. He's right in being negative though mate. What they are looking for is if your account was hacked, so the fact you were playing on a VPN gives you the best possible chances of getting unbanned. But you want the appeal to be coming from your home IP where you played the game on most of the time. Do the appeal yourself on the link provided above on your Home IP, no need to pay anyone at all.
