The seller would set the starting bid price... But umm, what would be the punishment for users who bid on the account and then decide not to buy it? Also, what would happen to the seller should he put up a low starting bid and then decide not to sell either because he has second thoughts about it or didn't get the price he paid or he sold on another site? Then what? A ban would be too harsh for this, but we need these set up. Is there even a way to implement this? This could also help out scammers since they can find an easy sale for their account...
