Imo its all just luck i've done two 1b trades where i sold 1b all at once two different times and i never got banned, but my friend once sold 500m and he got perm banned so i'd just do it safe and do smaller trades or trade it to a mule and then do it from that account.

Good luck with this but you should go into more detail on how some things are going to work eg are you also helping make the scripts or just them, what are splits and what do you offer if you aren't making the scripts with them besides the method assuming you have one in mind, additionally who is buying the vps is it split or do you already own one etc.

Game of thrones is pretty good, ill admit when i first tried to watch it stopped on the fifth or sixth episode as it didn't seem interesting really but then eventually gave the show another try it picks up at the end of season 1.

Well i highly recommend doing this skill on release im sure 99 will be possible in minutes knowing jagex.
