30-40m for 50/50/70 is a bit overpriced however there is a big jump between 45/50/60 and 50/50/70 45/50/60 is literally about 7 hours of playing if you know what you're doing. whereas 60-70 range is another 10 hours of playing itself which will bump the price significantly

10m for 45 attacker i'd say between 300-400m for the Rune pure however you're going to have a horrible time trying to find a buyer Actually 10m was generous. Can literally quest those stats and get 61 range in a day

I mean you could be correct, but as a 13 prayer pure the idea is to quest 13 prayer... without do so you would have to get 31 prayer to do vital pure quests, and from my experience the price of a correctly quested 13 prayer pure is worth way more than a 31 prayer pure.
