Well if you did it by xp, 1 - 87 is low 87 - 92 is medium 92 - 99 is high

If you've never used bitcoin before, I can help you Buying BTC with paypal can be aids though, I usually buy my BTC with a debit card.

I usually find a clean cracked windows copy on torrent sites then make a bootable USB stick so I can do a fresh install on all the pc's I need. I guess it wouldn't be a good idea if you're running a business but otherwise i'd say do it and save some cash. :3
