Touchy subject so I won't go too in depth about it. But I support it nonetheless.
  2. This. A lot of people will come here with the intention to scam and not give a shit if they get banned. They're just happy they get the money and move on as unfortunate as it is.

I am currently working on a large project. Well, for some it may not be large, but it is definitely A LOT of script. It is simply just an "Auto walker". Upon starting the script, you will be prompted with a list of options. You chose where you would like to walk starting at lumbridge (may also include other options such as "Camelot to Ardougne" or "Varrock to Canifis" etc.) Just wondering, how many people would actually use something like this? It's pretty simple, but if you don't feel like walking somewhere it really helps. Just grab a snack and voila you're at your destination. It will even go from Lumbridge to Isdafar, and new places will be added upon request. Also, feel free to suggest some in this thread! It will be free.
  4. They could because you are selling their property (gp). However won't because if they went after every RWTer it would just be chaos. If they were to go after RWTers they would go after the huge ones.
  5. I understand it is Hyperion, will you be adding skills into it as well, or strictly a PK'ing server?
  6. Just something that ranges monsters from a safespot. It will be free for everyone.
  7. I like it. It's nice and simple and organized.
  8. Highly recommend taking breaks as that is so damn easy to detect, but good job I guess. Hopefully it's not an account you care about :P
  9. Is there any way to make it so it stops clicking the NPC while it's already attacking it? I know I could just make it sleep for a while after it attacks.. but you could obviously kill it in different amounts of time every time, and I know there are better ways. So, I've tried to make it so if it will only click attack if I'm not animating (attack animation), but after every hit it just attacks it again, and the problem with that is there are several NPCs of that type and it attacks a different one each time. So is there something like: ? It would be really useful.. thanks EDIT: I don't think isUnderAttack() would work because it's ranging something from a safespot. I'll try though.
  10. How should I go about appealing this? It's macroing major perm ban.

End your java processes and try again. Also, make sure you're not signed in on any other computers.
  12. Bumped. We need more tutorias

Honestly.. probably not. But, I can't stand some people's ignorance. It's so annoying I felt I should say something at least :P
  14. People who can use just a text editor to program are probably above you, just sayin'. Haha, I remember when I was into RSPS coding I used to program stuff with a pencil in paper when I was bored in classes. Writing scripts is a bit more complicated for me though. :P

Alright, before you make a post on this site saying that OSBot has hacked your Runescape account.. consider the following: IF you were to get hacked USING OSBot (Not BY OSBot), it was probably from a local script and you should always download these with discretion. Either way, this is VERY unlikely to happen because the administrative team reads over the scripts that are put on the site to ensure they are safe. You will not get hacked from the client itself. If you have downloaded "OSBot" from a sketchy YouTube video, it is more than likely a virus, and this site is in no way responsible for you getting hacked. You should never download anything to do with OSBot (or anything to do with Runescape botting in particular) from YouTube UNLESS it links you to the offical website, and you should only download the client from the official website. For those claiming that they have been hacked BY OSBot - If you were the owner of a very successful, up and coming botting site.. would you do that? Even if the answer is yes, the amount of stupidity shown in the threads claiming they have been hacked by OSBot is amazing. Here's an example: If you can't even compose a proper sentence, you are clearly vulnerable to people spreading their viruses around the internet. If you were to hack the people using your bot, would you hack several people with around 5M each, and get loads of threads on your site saying they got hacked using your bot, or just hack one guy with 100M+ and only have one thread claiming you hacked them? It just isn't logical. You were clearly hacked by another program. OSBot has never, and never will hack any of it's users. I have used it now for over a month and not once have I had ANY security issues with it. If your Runescape account has been hacked, you clearly have been using other botting software or some other sketchy programs and have gotten hacked by that. Thanks, have a nice day.

Woah! Never knew it was that serious, I guess it is a breach of privacy though. Wow..

If Jagex were to check if the file "OSBot" existed in your user.home directory when you logged in, wouldn't it be as easy as that to check if you're botting? Or is it illegal..? Cause if it's that easy (I'm pretty sure it is because I can write a simple batch file that checks it in seconds) I'm pretty sure they would have done it by now. :\ I'm just wondering what they can and can not do to find out if you're botting. What is the absolute furthest they can go to check?
  19. You have to place the script in c:/users/YOUR USER/OSBot/scripts That's usually the location.
  20. int world = WORLDS[random(WORLDS.length -1)]; It's like that atm. It goes to "Random event: World hopping" then stops and goes to "Random event: logging in". Weird It switches to random event logging in before hopping worlds.
  21. I have one more question. I'm using this method to hop worlds: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/4942-for-everyone-hopping-worlds-in-their-scripts/ But I think I'm missing something because it hops once, but the next time it goes to hop it just logs into the same world over and over. Any ideas? I feel like I'm missing something.
  22. Thanks! Works now! :) Didn't think of that o.o
  23. I've tried this: As well as a few other ways but it still seems to do the same thing
  24. Below I will show my onLoop() method. What I am trying to do is make it so when you log in, it checks for the item first, then picks it up, then hops. What it's doing right now is just logging in and hopping right away. :\ Also I apologize if this is not in the appropriate section I am new here
  25. Thanks for the quick reply
