I wouldn't say having a verified email address or a non-verified email address changes how Jagex choose to ban accounts, its information they might view but I wouldn't say it has an effect on flagging accounts.

I would highly suggest the level 50 Giant Spiders within the Stronghold of Security, these spiders are very much afk-able depending on your combat statistics and gear.

If you right click the "OSBot 2.4.144" file and select "Open with" this should give you a list of apps in which you can open the client with, if you see one under the name "Java ...." select this. You should now be able to open the client with a .Jar format. Didn't realize you were using a Mac, the above was found using a Windows PC.

Have you tried removing OSBot from your system and re-installing the files by downloading the client through the website?

Without the right method/s you will not be able to suicide Yew Trees within F2P to the rates you are looking to achieve, I would expect to have suicide accounts last approximately 12-15 hours. I would highly suggest giving Alek's "Preventing RS Botting Bans V2" thread a read, it is a decently put together guide that has some great additions to what you may already know about botting.
