mirror not working just bought VIP back again

its says active under my vip status but when i load the bot up mirror isnt highlighted for me to use. please help thanks

ive tried everything i have seen on forums i got another cpu and forgot to dl java first... i got java click to run osbot and it pulls up black screen and quickly goes away? help please?
