Well your not really right. When your botting zulrah mystics is really average for quick kills and you only need 70 defence for ahrims which is easy so might as well get it. Also if your only getting 40-50 defence and saying that "strength levels are no needed" where is your hp coming from? because low hp is annoying during zulrahs mage phase and then on top of that you want to be wearing some low tier armour with low defence? Falador rooftop is like 26k xp an hour so if he wants to get more agility levels for regicide and underground pass or for them not to be all the same level its not that 'inefficient'. Most people use different zulrah account builds and everyone has their preference, like i think void is ass for zulrah but some people really like it so i understand this might be your preferred way to make it but your way isn't near the most 'efficient'.

Its very hard to get a residential ip flagged, or atleast from my experience. i have gotten accounts banned and started more accounts on the same ip the next day which are still yet to be banned. It depends on how many accounts you bot at once and this is only for me so could vary with different people.

Would say botting 10 accounts on 1 ip might not be the best idea. I do think 1 proxy to 2-3 accounts is good enough though if you dont think you will be banned.

I understand you might be trust worthy and all but this is one of those things where everyone (unless super trustworthy) is kind of painted with the same brush, and its rough but there will be someone out there to buy the account might just be hard. Also recovery is based of knowing original email, time the account was created, internet provider and that type of jazz, nothing to do with recovery questions ( i don't think theres such a thing ).

Buying mains is very risky be they have a very high tendency to be recovered eventually. I say 'eventually' as in up to 1-2 years from when it is bought.
