delete evrything osbot related aswell for java make sure u have java8 fi u have jdk11 bot wont be able to work as mirror aswell and re-install bot and java try if that works

khal scripts have built in break manager wich overrides the osbot one. u have to use the one wich is built into the script itself like commented above
