Nah man, you can still do it with people who sell dreams. They have 5 quests done (the ones that are most important like mountain daughter) and you can only fight the bosses they unlocked.

Not really. You need to take precautions, and don't bot obvious places. Babysitting, breaks, not botting overnight etc
