what is the correct npc attack option?! Problem still excist! Tried all redownload, changing npc attack options, running outside the monastery

Just standing there and do nothing.... Can you check please? Or is there anything wrong what i did? I restarted the script tried without equipment it allways says "FIGHTING" but do nothing just stand there!

Hey, my question: If accounts come fresh out of tutorial island and got 7qp over an unflagged IP. I put them offline and a day later i let them bot over a flagged ip... Will they instantly get locked or should they live for a while?
