was going to buy this, but seems a lot of people having problems with no updates on fixes?

cant get it to load magic setup for lost city, i equip staff new preset etc but just get that box telling me to load new preset. says wait till it detects the spell but i dont get that, it sees staff etc, wont detect any spells sorted it my fault

could i get a trail please
