How I do it is make an account, do tutorial island hand train a few skills to level 10 - 20 do a few quests then bot lets say woodcutting for an hour and fishing for 1 hour 30 minutes and back to woodcutting then an other skill so on, so your account looks legit and doesn't get banned for suspicious behaviour.

Done the same mistake when I was a VIP with range guild bot felt depressed and dumb after.
