I'd rather to stay with actual system but remove official scripter rank when for example he is not supporting his scripts for long time. Official scripter - scripter that got most complicated script or works in team that made em. Scripter - scripter that write decent scripts but they are not that awesome. We can also rank scripters by their scripts downloads. For example scripter dl > 100 < 500, official one > 500
