Not sure if I agree with #4 or not. I think fletching bans are lower because you can get 99 faster then jagex can catch on sometimes and no a lot of people gold farm fletching so its not very targeted. Still some good theories here.

Got stuck because it clicked on an empty vial and completely stopped working. It wasn't a repeated click, just a single click and once it was selected it was done for. Running earth orbs.
