I am willing to refund the user in order to remove my TWC and clear my name, however I think 70M is an unfair evaluation. Especially seeing as no fault can be proved, it's still a very likely possibility that bigdicky is attempting to make a profit off his own mistakes, and it's not fair that I have to give him that profit without any proof to support him. Unfortunately, we all know there is not a good way for bigdicky to prove anything. Regarding the valuation on the account, I highly doubt bigdicky got all of these stats done manually. This leads me to believe a lot of these stats were botted, especially because he clearly received a ban for it. Is botting stats AND getting banned for it actually worth 70M? Especially when I only got paid 50M initially and there is no evidence bigdicky didn't fake recover it himself. If we truly want an accurate representation of the value of the account, we can see he posted it for sale well over a month ago and it has gotten 0 bids in that time. Nobody wants this account that's been botted and banned. It's not worth much at all, it's especially not worth 70M. At the bottom of that thread it's worth noting he states he has the power to change the email on the account. I understand account sales are a tricky business, especially when it comes to disputes. Can we at least consider a reasonable price check for the account? Thank you

My suspicion is that Bigdicky has tried to claim that i recovered the account which is false, I've cooperated fully until now and will continue doing everything i can to resolve this, however i would like to know that he didn't simply just change the email. I'd like a mod to investigate his email to find any deleted/existing emails, seeing as Jagex sends emails when you want to change email addresses.

Seeing as the buyer hasn't contacted me before submitted this dispute and came here direct to demand a refund, i'll defend myself publicly seeing as thats what the buyer wants. To clear everything up: I was the original owner of the account and the account was registered under the email "mahd**y*@gmail.com". Here is the image of all of the emails I received before the account was sold for proof: *hidden* The email shown in the image is different than the original email. When the account was sold we changed the email right after the trade so he also has the power to change the email. I was informed by bigdicky that his account received a 2 day suspension a few days ago. I have a suspicion that bigdicky may have found a benefit in faking the account being recovered. Below is a attempt of bigdicky attempting to sell the account i sold him, probably because he was unhappy of the ban he received which later escalated to where we are now seeing as he failed to sell it. I haven't made any attempt at recovering the account, and will be fully cooperative in this dispute.
