I'm wearing an occult necklace (+10%) and a seers ring (+10%), and i'm fighting this barrows brother, when the passive of the toxic trident pulls a 6 poison, my spell splashes, and thers a 2 redsplat like something hit him from my spell. I'm wondering if the game recognizes the poison as damage from a spell, then put the +10% rounded up twice from each item
