You can probably even get that 50 cents back on your new account if you were to make a new account, but you have to be 18+. Otherwise you will have the same problem when you need to verify it, because they look at the date when you opened the PayPal account and what your age was back then. You can email PayPal and ask them to remove your bank account, they will do it for you. But like I said, if you are gonna make a new PP acc you will have the same problem in the future.

Not sure about that then, but you're not allowed to have a PayPal account as a minor. Thus by sending in your ID PayPal will see that you're underaged and your account limits won't be lifted, neither will you be able to use your account again. Not even sure if you can verify it, since you need to be 18+. Do you have money in your PayPal balance and was your bank account linked?

Always possible to chargeback 6 months after on PP I believe. If you really do want to pay in bitcoins, it's super easy to make a wallet on blockchain.info and to buy bitcoins as well. Just saying if you would ever consider it.
