So I got a ban on Friday, first time I've been banned in a long time since I haven't played in a long time. When I go to "Account Status" and "View Evidence" there is what seems to be a personal response from a "Jagex Moderator". I figured the response would be automated, but it doesn't seem to be. Does this mean I was banned by an in game mod, or simply that a mod reviewed me after being flagged and confirmed I was botting...?

Depends what levels. Some people need medication. I'd try my best to deal without the medication and if you feel like it isn't working try some new stuff. Sometimes its manageable sometimes you can't do it on your own. I think surrounding yourself with your friends is a great idea. Don't stay in the house 24/7. Make yourself get out and see things. Most importantly just keep yourself in check. Which it sounds like you're doing.

I only tested for a short period of time but it was doing it every time for me. Personally watched it happen three times in a row before I stopped it then restarted at bank and it did the same thing. Perhaps its due to my zoom or something... ? My zoom is at what I would consider a normal level though. I could understand it doing it occasionally maybe to represent a mis click but doing it every time looks so bot like if anyone's paying any attention.

How long do you trip? Just wondering. Its all fun and games until you have a bad trip that lasts for 5 hours but each hour feels like 5...
