For everyone using a *nix-based VPS, I'd recommend not using VNC as it is laggy. It will be more beneficial to use SSH: ssh -X -C -c blowfish username@hostname gnome-panel

You can probably reach those levels in one day if you suicide. You might as well just suicide, as it will just take one day and if you get banned, you can just do it again the next day. If you take 3 days doing it and get banned then you have wasted 3 days. Your choice.
