There isn't really any quests highly relevant to Zerkers that have released in the past few years (correct me if I'm wrong) Maybe a few NMZ quests in Zeah that make it better xp/hr. Besides that, no def xp ones that unlock anything relevant. Most old guides hold up to today's OSRS. However... you should go mid-level pker account (70/60 atk, 90+str/mage/range/70-75 def) Equal effort and more PVM opportunities.
