  1. The IRL$ Project: A Journey to online income Living in an age of such exponential technological growth, information and profit is seen in every direction we look. All of you viewing this have access to the Internet, therefore you've all seen the claims. "Make 2k weekly by sitting on your couch in your PJs!" or " How to ditch the 9-5 and work from home! ". Such blatantly false claims fill nearly every outlet of social media and major website we visit. Typically these claims require you to pay some form of entry fee, followed by claiming the majority of your profits leaving you with pennies for commission. In layman's terms; these are scams. What is the objective? Over the next 6 months (minimum) I will be researching and testing a variety of online money-making techniques and reporting/documenting my progress. Though I don't expect to be making 2k a week with an experience level equivalent to level 2 woodcutting, I strongly believe with thorough research, careful evaluation, and a bit of creative thinking I will be able to make a few bucks extra on the side. I'm not claiming nor expecting to pull an original idea out of a hat, and I don't expect for this to be easy. Chances are 99% of the methods I'll be testing are ones you've either A) Already heard of, or B) have used yourself. The point of this ride-along will be to provide my personal input and real-time experience. Section of Rules: All earnings are to be kept in an exclusive bank account I CANNOT fund this project by any means other than what I earn online I must document how many hours I worked I must document how much money I make The money may ONLY be spent to fund the project (I.E to buy products to resell, servers, etc) Each method must have a thorough report (Why did I choose it? Pros, cons, $/HR, final outcome & comments) I must describe each process thoroughly (No "Sold used products on Amazon" or other vague statements) I must spend a MINIMUM of 5-10 hrs per week working online How Will I Complete Various Tasks? In order to work online I will be utilizing 3 PC's, 1 Tablet with a connectible keyboard, and 2 cell phones. This will ensure no matter where I am, if I have a few minutes to spare I'm able to hop online and work where ever I am. With my current work schedule I work 4 days on 3 days off for a total of 40-45 hours a week. I will be using my off days for the majority of my time spent online, how ever my job does permit me to multi-task. While clocked in, much of my time (especially during Michigan's winter) is downtime. As previously stated I will commit a minimum of 5-10 hrs a week to my wireless ventures. Where to Start Now that I've stated the objective as well as constructed a list of rules a lot of you are probably thinking "So, with no money, where the hell are you going to start?". I've got a list of different methods to choose from. The first will be a part-time job as a private contractor through a company called LeapForce. They display a multitude of positive reviews (at least for someone looking for a few hours a week) as well as an excellent GlassDoor review, and an A+ BBB rating. Most employees reported an average earning of 12-14 USD/Hr how ever only working 5-10 hrs per week. So now you know what my first assignment will be, but you don't know what I will be doing. LeapForce hires individuals, puts them through a small (free) training program, and tests their abilities. Once qualified, they receive various assignments, I will be participating in Search Engine Optimization. What To Look Out For & Misc. Comments Stay tuned for weekly reports. Most of the time, I'll be updating this post 3-4 times per week, how ever if you read my reintroduction post then you know I'm exploring many crevices of life. Each assignment (or method) will have it's own section, and I will be adding more to this post as things progress. If you have any comments, ideas, or questions, feel free to drop them below, and thank you for tuning in! Updates Assignment #1: LeapForce STAY TUNED Assignment #2: SurveySavvy/SavvyConnect The plethora of "Download now to receive a $25 Amazon giftcard.." or "Sign up for a free $200 bonus" offers cloud innocent Internet users with false hopes and claims. But what if they weren't all carefully crafted lies? What if they weren't all fabricated purely for the gain of the host? Survey Connect, the optional counterpart to Survey Savvy, will pay you $5 per device per month. It works by collecting browsing data in order to calculate high-interest pages and searches. Now, the majority of us would opt out of voluntarily becoming a "spy project", how ever this portion is only optional, and can be downloaded on which ever devices you decide. The common pay-per-survey sites are one we as Internet users know all too well. Survey Savvy on the other hand, is BBB accredited, pays well, and has reasonable conditions. Unlike the majority of survey sites on the web, Survey Savvy typically pays $5-10 per survey completed, while many reviews claim there are surveys that will pay up to $100 to complete. Typically, in order to cash-out via a survey site, one must meet ridiculous conditions such as a $50+ threshold before they're able to claim their cash. Survey Savvy on the other hand requires you to only build up a $1 credit with them before you cash-out! Whether or not completing surveys, and sharing your browsing habits are for you, there are some legitimate, valuable programs available. Check out the Savvy site for more information and to make a few extra bucks this year. Stay tuned for weekly updates on my online earnings, and make sure to check out the Update Spoiler to see what's happening behind the curtain! 12/19/17 Upon further investigation I'm beginning to think online surveys may not be a viable source of side-income. I've spent several hours researching various survey sites and attempting about 50 surveys as well. I've discovered all surveys requires you to participate in a "pre-survey". These include a multitude of questions ranging from age, race, religion, etc. to work experience, personal preferences as far as vehicles, foods, beverages, essentially anything to profile you. Out of ~50 surveys I've attempted, I've only qualified for one. Also, though a survey may estimate 10 minutes to complete, expect to spend another 2-5 minutes on the questionnaire. Expect another update within the next 72 hours on my decision as to whether or not online surveys are reliable and reasonable. Thanks!
  2. Congratulations! Best of luck to you!
  3. Welcome back! I just recently came back to the community myself. Best of luck to you!
  4. LOL true, the Runescape community and Runescape itself is a guaranteed way to lose your soul Thanks for the advice! As far as programming, I took a couple of small intro courses, now plan on taking a few different Udemy courses for JavaScript whilst cross referencing with different resources in MDN. If you've got any insight on resources worth checking out, let me know!
  5. Thank you for the advice, I plan to begin blogging where there's an audience focusing primarily on blogs. I also would like to learn programming and pick up on modern botting techniques. OSbot has always been an interesting community. As far as self-help, I'm looking more towards a documentary, a complete transformation including a broad spectrum of ideas and concepts, all in real-world time. Change doesn't come over night, and I've read articles suggesting strategies for positive change. I'd like to provide my story, and how i'm handling different scenarios and challenges that I've already lived through first-hand, as well as how I handle them as they arise. Grammatically speaking I don't think I'm quite ready for that haha, besides I'm more of a hands-on mechanical/problem solving guy. I don't want to write to make money, simply the experience of sharing my life with others, whether it be 5 people or 50,000 people. Thank you everyone for the warm greetings!
  6. Jbotter: A reintroduction And a journey to a purposeful life Some of you may remember me, many of you likely not. I was once an avid Runescape hobbyist; how ever my passion was driven into the botting community. For many, this will be considered a "TLDR", and I expect to receive a bit of negative feedback and trollery. I've returned to botting as a hobby and as a learning tool in order to gain some knowledge and practical experience in different fields of scripting/programming, and to get accustomed to writing articles and navigating forums. A bit of background: Who am I? I'm a young male currently working full-time and renting a small house. I live in West Michigan, about a mile from the beach. My hobbies include cars, off-roading, going to the beach, fishing, hiking, and spending time with good quality people. As a young kid, youngest of 9 children, I began following after the habits of older siblings at an early age. In 6th grade, I began hanging out with one of my older brothers in particular as well as his older friends where I was introduced to several illicit activities, drug use, alcohol use, and smoking cigarettes. I was never one to struggle in school, in fact I often would achieve high test scores without knowing the material. In middle school, I adapted a " School doesn't matter, a piece of paper won't dictate my life! " mentality from older "friends" in high school or their mid 20's. During my middle school academics, I quickly accumulated 4 misdemeanor charges as well as 40 some odd suspensions, one of which lasting 3 months. During my freshman year of high school, particularly my first-semester I decided I would turn my life around, graduate school, and move on to college. This quickly deteriorated my second semester of 9th grade when I began hanging out with a girl and partying at her house with her, other friends, and her parents and their friends. At this point in time, I became a bit of a party legend, always to be seen at the hottest, biggest highschool and college parties. When I was 14 I began abusing substances that would allow me to consume large amounts of alcohol without going to sleep or being "wasted", this quickly led to becoming accustomed to alcohol poisoning. When I was 16, I had been out of school for about 6 months, working 50-60 hours a week yet spending all of my money on partying. I was living in an apartment, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, with 12 other, older people. Many of these older friends refused to get jobs, instead participating in illegal activities for money. I once again followed along. I quit one of my jobs, now only working 40 hours a week and spending the rest of my time drunk or high in the back of a car selling a variety of... products. Soon the partying became too much. A healthy guy, 5'11" and 165 pounds with about 11% body fat, I dropped down to 135 in 2 months time. I developed different problems with my heart, as well as began having seizures. I spent two weeks in a bed at a well-respected hospital, being poked and prodded, tested, and reviewed time and time again. After leaving the hospital, I returned back to my old habits only to discover whilst drinking and smoking I would stop breathing. I vowed to never party again, moved back in with my mother, and began working more. The following months were full of confusion, worry, and lots of self-evaluation. I was about 18 at the time of this, my mother had been engaged for a few months, and I was working full time at a pizza shop. Come spring time, I acquired a job as a lubrication specialist, took some classes for welding, yet something was still missing. After several months, I began drinking again. What is life without purpose & passion? "We live to work, and we work to live.", a good, true, honest friend of mine shared this with me. One night, while we kicked back a few drinks a deep conversation sparked much thought. We began with the topic that much of the American population is rather blind, we follow the well-beaten path, live with little excitement, have a couple kids then we die. We both grew up similar, we weren't by any means poor, but we were raised by working class parents always in debt living paycheck-to-paycheck. Neither of us wanted this lifestyle. Dreaming of seeing Niagara Falls, the Grand Canyon, traveling to Paris and dining in Italy, I found myself reviewing my entire life. After much though, I realized I was in a rut. I've always feared the thought of one day, waking up, 45 years old, working the same job for the last 20 years (and hating it) and then buying a poorly designed V6 Camaro to cope. But here's the twist, I'm half that age and already in that scenario. Eating fast food everyday, finding myself lost on my off days, and just wasting away day after day. It's time for some change. And the worst part? I have no idea what I want in life! So now what? It's time to quit contemplating, to stop dreaming, to quit complaining and to live my life. Rather than saying I want to be rich, or I want to own a business, I only have one thing to say; I want to be happy. To live with purpose, compassion, I want to love life. And now ladies and gentlemen, it's time to put down the bottle, let go of the fear, and make it happen. I have a list of things I would like to do. Live a healthy life Get back in shape Learn a new language Learn to play guitar Learn to program Travel to a foreign country Pick up a new sport Figure out what I love, because I have no clue Conclusion Although this post may be poorly-constructed, I thought this would be a good place to start. This process will take time, and it will be difficult. I will be blogging my journeys, and hope to find my purpose. I sincerely hope this may inspire some of you. Best regards, Jbotter

  11. You can do anything in rs without prayer. Corp, fight caves, anything is possible without prayer. In fact, there's actually account with nothing more than 75 defence who have firecapes, no prayer, range, mage, or other melee stats, I think there's one that's all 1's except for 10 hp and 75 def :P, as far as being reasonable goes, I'm sure you can do mm2 w/o prayer.
  12. Anybody have any opinions on the LHC or CERN? Drop some articles/links ;), for those of you who don't know I'll drop a couple of links myself. https://home.cern/about

  15. lots of complimenting and she kept talking about girls in the class who would flirt with me, and how she "saw me different" from the other students, and she wanted to meet up for lunch over the weekend sometime to talk about "an assignment for you" as in me, and only me, she gave off lots of hardcore vibes and she also asked one of my friends for my cell phone number after I left that school so she could get ahold of me LOL, a lot of days I'd go in and be late and she wouldn't mark me late or absent, she talked to me about partying and stuff too and pretty much whenever I'd approach her desk she'd look me up and down and smile, there was one time she turned around infront of me and brushed her ass against a certain area very slowly and firmly, and she'd always request me for study hall... even if I didn't have any latework in her class. Sometimes she'd also request me to come to her room during lunch period and there would be nobody else there, she'd usually sit on a desk while she sat me down in a chair and talked to me. That school was notorious for teacher-on-student sexual activity, few teachers got fired one year for having sex with students or "inappropriate relationships".
  16. you'd need therapy after seeing that face too, trust me.
  17. if she got a guy who looks like he belongs in the vampire diaries or twilight, she must be rich. 3 Teachers?! Tilfs tho? I had one teacher I thought was just really nice, until one day she gave me something and it had a note hidden in it..
  18. Any of you guys have any cougar stories? Today I was at the hardware stuff getting some things for my car and plumbing, I was looking for valve-stem repair kits when I noticed and older lady lurking a few isles down. I noticed she kept staring then after a while casually strolled on over to the isle I was in about 10-15ft away. I got a glimpse and saw nothing but expensive jewelry, and a horror story of make up, bright red lip stick, and plastic surgery that went horribly wrong. I noticed she seemed to be wandering aimlessly, she'd look up and stare for a while, then look around, repeating this for about 3 minutes. Finally I looked up from the shelves over in here direction to find her staring once more, at this point she turned toward the shelf, grabbed something random, looked at it, turned it around, and set it back down. She then walked a few isles behind me, still staring, then came back and picked up another item. This really fkin' creeped me out. It wouldn't have been so bad but all of the make up and lipstick and horrible plastic surgery she looked like a doll out of a horror story. A couple minutes later a younger guy, about mid 20's, looked like he worked out a bit, came over, and she GRABBED HIS ASS! I've had older ladies check me about before, usually like 30's-40's, or women around my age, but NEVER someone this old and scary. I felt incredibly violated.... almost as bad as the time another cougar (late 40's or so) who had a deceased husband invited me to "one of her events"... what ever the hell that means anyone else have stories like this?
