well every 6 hours the game logs u out no matter what, not to mention when playing runescape i don't think anyone spins there camera around 100% of the time :P. like my mouse doesn't have to be on screen for 30 minutes at a time and jagex knows that. yet all bots hover on there next target and its unlegit as hell considering i never kill the monk lol >.<.

the monks never ever die, they heal themselves thus me being able to afk 98% of the time.
