  2. Please stop trying to talk about free will and being free to do whatever you wish and implement your own TOS. My TOS clearly says that either you work with me for 3 months and then get half your deposit back WHEN YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE or if you leave prior to that (NOT 5 DAYS MAKING 34M PROFIT) then it will be up to my decision whether I'll give you a 50% refund or not. This does not mean that even if you stay with me after 3 months I'll give you a refund but you can still work for me or that if I deem you've earned it then I'll refund you but you'll still be working for me without a deposit. THIS TERM IS BASED ON WHETHER YOU LEAVE. You did leave, so that is the term that applies to you. I am allowed to conduct my TOS however I wish and these are the terms you agreed to. If you had such an issue with being a free man and having your free will of implementing your own TOS into mine, you should have replied 'NO' when you filled out your applcation so that I could have denied it and you would have never been hired (big mistake as seen now).

You agreed to a TOS: And I was in no way rude to you and acted in a very polite and professional manner. If you agreed to a TOS, what are you wanting to dispute for/leave negative feedback for. Quote in the TOS that you agreed to, where it says your deposit is refundable please? You have not been with me for longer than 3 months, nor have I deemed you earned it after you left my service after 5 days with a profit of 34m. There is no point in trying to make a big deal out of this issue.

  6. Refunding him in 45 minutes, however: I spoke to Stress about my TOS for workers being verified, and he said that TOS are not required to be verified by staff for worker applications. The TOS on my services thread are verified. The user agreed to my TOS for workers which did not state that he would be refunded based on the circumstances present. What do you mean by I changed them 10th without permissions of the staff? (Didn't quite get that really) So under what reason exactly now am I refunding hiim? (Which I am going to do anyway, it's just 5m, would just like a clarification though)

This has nothing to do with him and is stated in my TOS And he is threatening me: My worker: Btw before I blocked him he said "he's gonna leave you a tonne of shitty feedback to shutdown this service" or something so get ready to make an unfair feedback post XD Please remove the feedback
