Yea you're best bet would be to use @Fruity his nmz script, its really awesome. I havent got any ban yet with over 40m xp farmed with the script. Use the dharok method with rockcake, overload and absorptions. You can stay inside the dream for about 3-4 hours (thats what i managed with 75 atk, 95 str, 70 def)

I have a lvl 141 account, never botted on that before. Started the game when it was only 1 months old lol. I have a second acc wich is lvl 98 atm, and i did bot alot on that one.

What stats do you have and what armour do you use? For every stat/armour theres a different amount of absorptions used. You have to find it yourself, for me now it is 9 overloads, 17 absorptions but thats because im using Void(ranged). When i use dharok i can take less absorptions and more overloads, so i can stay longer in-game (dharoks takes less hits, so less absorptions needed) I think it is best for you to find out yourself, do a test run with about 10 overloads and the rest absorptions, if you're absorptions run out but you still have about 4 overloads left, then withdraw 3 overloads and take 3 more absorptions next time.
