Buy the standard VPS and add 2 or even 3 gigs of ram to it, You should be able to run 10 bots with that. I can run 4 bots on my 4.5gb vps and all run at 50fps which is the max it allows. This will cost $25-$30. I can also help you optimize it to run best with osbot.

Carbonhost.org has very good plans and they work very well and will come pre loaded with osbot

Why are people making paid scripts and not maintaining them. I'm specifically talking about the paid SnapeGrasser made by SXForce It says it's flawless and yet it drops the money and doesn't pick it back up almost everytime after running for under 1 hour. It also is now very slow at pixking up snape grass and also bugs out alot when talking to NPC's. On top of this it will also get stuck in many spots causing it to log out and then freeze the client. I have contacted him numerous times with no response. I have been waiting a week for it to be updated and nothing. So many bugs and yet it still is claimed to be flawless.
