How many overload doses does it have in total, barrel + inventory?

Authed Is the barrel full and the potions in inventory cannot be stored? Does the dialogue contain the options below? Is it failing to select first option in the dialogue?

What dreams did you select on GUI? Are there any bosses in the ingame list which are not on the GUI?
