That error most likely means that you did Plague City manually and did not claim the teleport reward at the end of it by reading the scroll which the script automatically does when completing this quest Authed

What is printed in the logger?

Try looking at the logger, it will print your selected gear preset once at the start of every quest. If you don't have a gear preset containing an adamant dagger++ and didn't use any of the buttons on the quick start tab it shouldn't have any reason to use it

It doesn't support Shadow of the Storm with range or magic, it will only accept melee p++ weapons at the moment Does this happen on Shadow of the Storm?
