I have pushed an update to ensure that presets are reloaded in any situation without restarting but it hasn't been approved yet, there have been many client issues reported after recent game updates so the developers may be a bit busy atm

I'll check it in a bit but from what I've heard so far from many scripters, the client seems to have quite a few bugs after last update and it's most likely not related to the script Authed

Most people forget the access to Morytania, which is obtained at the end of Priest In Peril if you talk to Drezel, Animal Magnetism can't be started if the account can't enter Morytania

I've added a note regarding the gear presets and spells in the instructions until the new gear editor is live on the SDN, restart the script and check if the spell is in the preset on the Gear Editor tab before running the quests if you are unsure whether it was saved (to avoid file system dependent errors)

I'm 100% sure that's because you are using mirror mode, dialogues don't work at all on mirror mode and they have been broken since 2015 What stats/equipment did you use for that quest? Authed
