He gave me the 200m for account, (no wealth was on the account when purchased) not the gold I had on my account when he recovered it back. All that the skype conversation will show will be him giving me the 200m for purchasing the account back.

I didn't mention the 200m wealth because I didn't know it was Lacoste who recovered my account, I figured I was at a loss when it came to that. I found out it was Lacoste from searching through the forums, days after he refunded my purchase cost. I didn't feel like he was responsible for what my account had if the OO had recovered it, which I'm still unsure if that was him. Now that I know he recovered an account I purchased from him, he should be 100% responsible paying his customer back he stole from.

Back on October 26, 2015 I had purchased an account from Lacoste, it was the level 99 range/farming tank. He recovered it within the last two months (I stopped playing and began playing other games) and is now reselling this account. Upon him recovering my account, I had 210m sitting in the bank which he had stolen from me when he recovered this account. He has already paid me for the account back, claiming it was recovered by OO (him as he claims on his new selling post) My main goal is to get the 210m back that was in my bank on that account, I do not want that account back since he's stolen it from me once already.
