If it is one account per household, just use a proxy and create an account. Not sure what ramifications this'll have on your account, but just to be sure, take a note of the IP address you used during account creation.

I assume it is differing IP address. Whatever the case may be, the user is still responsible for his account and its safety. Hence I am requesting that he repay me what he owes me.
