Its your fault the accounts got banned. Not nates. He isn't required to refund you or re-do the service a third time. However out of good will he has agreed to do so, however in his own time. You can't expect him to give you an official set time on when that will be especially since he really isn't required to do so, but like i said, is doing so out of good will. This dispute will be closed and no action will be taken against @Nate. (plus hes already stated he'll refund/re-do the service just in his own time which at this point is more than fair enough.)
