Okay hi. I'd just like to say what I know about the situation. Currently I work full time and manage the team as much as I can to help decode. However, I was not involved in this particular transaction. What I do know is that one of our workers handling the order changed ISP's and was only able to tell us using his libraries Internet yesterday. I understand that these delays are both annoying and unfair to you. That being said, I will spend my day off trying to complete your accounts due to my workers not being able to do the service on time. As far as payment goes, I was not involved, so it it up to you and decode to reach an agreement.
